A quiet journey to
remember who you are.

A private 10-day journey of drawing,
reflection, and gentle witnessing—for
when you feel tired, emotionally full,
or far from yourself.

Come here when you're moving
through loss, burnout, or becoming.

A quiet space of reflection,
held without pressure to perform.

Return to yourself.

A single day

How the daily practice works

Five gentle steps, repeated each day.
Most days take around 10–15 minutes.

  1. Arrive

A pause. A breath. Notice what is present for you.

  2. Express

Let your hand respond with simple marks, colour, or movement. There is no right way, and no need to understand it yet.

  3. Reflect

A few words about what you noticed.

  4. Receive

Choose whether to share with Luma and receive a gentle reflection.

  5. Close

A quiet ending before you return to your day.

Before Day 1

What you need

Simple items, gathered before you begin.

  • A sketch pad

For drawing, colour, marks, and whatever your hand wants to express.

  • Pens, pencils, markers

Pastels, crayons, or whatever feels comfortable in your hand.

No artistic experience is needed.

The companion

Meet Luma,
a quiet, remembering companion.

Luma gently reflects what you choose to share without diagnosing, directing, or deciding what it means.

She responds only after you have drawn or written. She does not lead the practice or explain your experience to you.

Across the journey, Luma quietly holds the thread of what you choose to share.

The meaning remains yours.

What you shared

I'm so tired I can't find the words. I just want to rest.

Luma reflects

You came today, even when the words were hard. Tiredness is welcome here, and so is rest.

The path

Your personal journey slowly unfolds.

Days 1–3

Grounding

Return to breath and body.

A still cup of tea beside a closed journal in low light
Days 4–6

Steadying

Make room for what you have been carrying.

An open journal page with loose ink marks and a pressed leaf, light breaking across it
Days 7–9

Awareness

Let image and words reveal what is present.

Day 10

Integration

Gather what you have noticed.

When the ten days are complete

Day 11 is different.

There is no new prompt, drawing, or task.

It is a quiet closing to the ten days you have walked.

Something has been prepared to honour your journey.

Yours to keep.

The creator

A note from Kaye

I created Feminine Arising from a path I once needed myself.

A gentler way to return to the body, to feeling, and to the quiet knowing beneath the noise.

This is not about becoming someone else. It is about making enough space to hear yourself again.

In practice

However you arrive.

  • If you arrive tired, you do not have to push.

  • If words feel far away, let your hand speak.

  • If the day has been heavy, bring only what feels possible.

The offering

What you receive

  • A private, web-based journey.
  • Ten daily practices of approximately 10–15 minutes.
  • Drawing and handwritten reflection prompts.
  • Optional reflections from Luma based on what you choose to share.
  • A final day of quiet integration.
  • Access to revisit your ten days.
  • A gentle invitation to let your body speak through your hands, before the mind needs to explain.

A quiet place to return to yourself, in your own time.

Questions before you begin

Is Feminine Arising only for women?

Feminine Arising has been created for women. It offers a quiet, private space for women who feel tired, emotionally full, or far from themselves to return gently to drawing, reflection, and their own inner knowing. Future pathways may be developed for others, but this first journey belongs to women.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Feminine Arising opens privately in your web browser. There is no app to install. If you choose to upload a drawing, your browser may ask for permission to access your camera or photo library.

Is this religious?

No. Feminine Arising is a reflective creative practice using drawing, handwritten reflection, stillness, and gentle awareness. It is not connected to any religion or belief system.

What do I need?

A sketch pad, something to draw and write with, and approximately 10–15 quiet minutes each day. You do not need artistic experience.

Can I miss a day?

Yes. There are no streaks, penalties, or expectations to keep up. The practices are experienced in order, but you may pause and return when you are ready.

Are my drawings and reflections private?

Your drawings and reflections are not public. You decide what, if anything, you share with Luma. Information you choose to share will be handled according to the Feminine Arising Privacy Policy. You may complete the daily practice without sharing with Luma.

What happens after I join?

You will join the waitlist and be among the first to know when the journey opens. When it does, you will create your private account and enter a short “Before You Begin” space, then begin Day 1 when you are ready.

Is Feminine Arising therapy?

No. Feminine Arising is a personal reflection practice. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, counselling, or crisis support. Luma reflects only what you choose to share. She does not interpret your experience or tell you what it means.
